J'Den Residences is designed for the residents, the facilities make every day a holiday. The development’s landscape thread weaves together our past, present and future to give the residence a lush botanical theme. When there’s something for everyone, winding down and taking a breather doesn’t come any easier. A Lap Pool sets the stage for the next record-breaking swimmer and a Kids Pool gives the little ones a big splash of fun. The J'den Residence site isn't a huge one, as it's pretty much a town center location. It has a rough pentagonal shape, covering only 83,000 square feet of ground. However, this is offset by a high plot ratio of 4.48, which gives more build space.

The J'Den Condo lot is bounded by Jurong East Central 1 and Jurong Gateway roads on most of its four sides. Crossing these streets are the Jurong Regional Library, a bus interchange, and a subway station, respectively, all of which are low-rise in nature. While on the 5th side, behind, are some low-rise HDB buildings.
As J'den CapitaLand proposes to be 40 stories tall, most apartments on the higher floors here will have relatively unobstructed views. That also gives them a degree of privacy, with no other tall buildings facing them. Especially the houses facing west, towards Jurong Lake and its gardens. The wide view of the water and greenery on this side is also quite secure because there are no high-rise buildings zoned here.

Drawing inspirations from the texture and colours of Nature elements : Wood & Stones These natural sinuous impressions can be expressed architecturally through façade articulation in brown “timber” colour against a range of neutral grey tones.
The podium is designed with simplified curved façade articulation using aluminium cladding in “timber” colour against neutral grey tones. The sinuous architectural language continues throughout key podium interior spaces.
