This is the fourth inter-blockchain effort by the owners of the Katong Shopping Center. The project was first put up for sale in 2016 and 2017 for S$630 million.

Located in District 15, New Launch Singapore - the mall occupies a corner site of 86,924 square feet (sq ft) with dual street frontage along Mountbatten Road and Haig Road. The gross lot rate (GPR) of 3,223 gives the site a total GFA of approximately 280,000 square feet.
The mixed-use development consists of a 7-storey podium and a 5-storey sub-block, with a total of 425 luxury office and shop apartments, and a private parking lot located on the 3rd and 4th floors.
According to the 2019 Master Plan, Katong Shopping Center is planned for commercial and residential use with a GPR of 3.0.
