Welcome to the J'den review at Jurong Gateway. This is a mixed-use residential development that will develop on the site of the formerly owned by Capitaland. Capitaland Group, through its development arm Capitaland Development (CLD), obtained provisional permission in early 2023 to re-develop the site. They will build a new 40-story residential building on it, with commercial space on the ground and second floors. It is expected to be put up for sale by the end of 2023 and is expected to be completed around 2027. The new residential building, targeted for completion by 2027, will complement the Government's plans to bring new homes, businesses, recreational facilities and amenities to Jurong Lake District , CapitaLand Development said Tuesday.
