More than 80% of One Bernam - New Launch in Singapore in the first phase have been sold

MCC Group and HY Realty said OVER 80% of the first phase's 100 New Launch in Singapore had been purchased by launch weekend.

Due to Covid-19 tightening measures, developers have launched New Launch in Singapore for sale in phases and moved the reservation date one day in advance to May 7.

More than 90% of the units sold were one- and two-bedroom apartments, with an average selling price of S$2,650/m2. Most homebuyers are Singapore citizens and permanent residents, the developers said.

Located at 1 Bernam Road at Tanjong Pagar, the mixed-use New Launch in Singapore includes a condominium of 351 apartments; two-storey retail podium, 15,726 square feet; and 13 key boutique serviced apartments.

One Bernam has two distinct home offerings: The Prestige Collection includes one-, two- and two-bedroom apartments plus study rooms; and The Palazzo Collection, consisting of 29 three-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom penthouses and one five-bedroom penthouse. There are a total of 35 lifestyle facilities located on the 4th and 34th floors.

New Launch in Singapore is the sixth residential development cooperation project between MCC Group in Singapore and Hao Yuan Group. MCC Group in Singapore was the project manager for all five previous projects developed by Hao Yuan Group.

One Bernam's designated marketing agencies are ERA Singapore, Huttons Asia and PropNex.

One Bernam is expected to receive a Temporary Occupancy Permit in September 2025. Visits to the sales showroom and showrooms by appointment only.
